Ingredients

  • Bacon 300g
  • Bamboo shoots 100g
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Wash the main ingredients and use bamboo skewers to poke some small holes on the surface for easy seasoning.
  2. 2. Apply salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder and other seasonings evenly all over the body, and marinate for more than 2 hours (refrigerating overnight is better)
