Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Marinate the mutton slices with soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Soak the wolfberry in warm water for 10 minutes until full. Drain.
  3. 3. Put the oil in the pot and heat it over high heat. Fry the lamb slices for 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, sauté ginger, garlic, bell pepper and onion for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Return the lamb to the pot. Add the oyster sauce, stir everything together and cook on high for 30 seconds.
  6. 6. Add wolfberry and a little sesame oil. Stir briefly and serve immediately.

  5. 5.Return lamb to the wok.Add oyster sauce and toss everything together over high heat for 30 seconds.
  6. 6.Add goji berries and a drizzle of sesame oil.Toss briefly and serve immediately.
