Ingredients
- 1 duck (about 1.5 kg)
- Duck blood 150ml
- Dried chili 20g
- Ginger 20g
- garlic 30g
- Green chili 50g
- Beer 200ml
- Light soy sauce 30ml
- Appropriate amount of salt
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
