Ankang Fried Rice Noodles
Ingredients
- 250 g fresh thick rice noodles
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 100 g cabbage (shredded)
- 50 g bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili oil (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and cut the Ankang fried rice noodles, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
