- Pork belly 500g
- Flour 400g
- Yeast 5g
- 2 green peppers
- Coriander appropriate amount
- Onion and ginger appropriate amount
- 2 star anise
- 1 piece cinnamon
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Rock sugar 15g
