Ingredients
- Flour 300g
- 1 cucumber
- Bean sprouts 50g
- Gluten 100g
- 2 tablespoons sesame paste
- Chili oil 1 spoon
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- vinegar 1 spoon
- Minced garlic appropriate amount
- Coriander appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash the flour, blanch it in boiling water, take it out, cool and drain
- 2. Blanch cucumbers, bean sprouts and chili oil separately and remove from the cold water.
- 3. Put all ingredients into a large bowl
- 4. Prepare the sauce: Mix minced garlic, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.
- 5. Pour the sauce over the ingredients, mix well and serve on a plate
