食材清单
- Shaanxi hemp food 250g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
制作步骤
- 1. Add flour and water and mix into a hard dough, let it rise for 30 minutes
- 2. Roll the dough into thin strips and cut into small dices
- 3. Use your thumbs to roll it into a small hollow roll (hemp shape) on a straw mat or bamboo plaque.
- 4. Boil water in a large pot, add sesame seeds and cook until they float, take out
- 5. In another pot, stir-fry the side dishes until fragrant, add the sesame seeds and stir-fry
- 6. Add soy sauce, salt and other seasonings, stir-fry over high heat and serve evenly.
