Shangluo walnut cake
Ingredients
- Dough: 250 g flour, 80 g oil, 80 ml water
- Filling: 150 g walnut kernels (toasted and ground)
- Filling: 60 g sugar, 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Filling: 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Egg wash for brushing
Instructions
- Knead flour and warm water into a soft dough and let it rise for 20 minutes.
