Knife noodles
Ingredients
- Dough: 400 g bread flour
- Dough: 150 ml water
- Dough: 1/2 tsp salt
- Topping: 100 g sliced pork (stir-fried)
- Topping: 200 g tomato-egg mixture
- Topping: 3 tbsp chili oil
- Topping: 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- Topping: 1 tbsp vinegar
- Topping: Scallions
- Topping: Cilantro
- Topping: Pickled garlic
Instructions
- Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
