Yan'an oil cake
Ingredients
- Dough: 250 g glutinous rice flour, 180 ml warm water
- Filling: 150 g red bean paste or jujube paste
- Oil for deep frying
- Sesame seeds for coating (optional)

- Wash and cut Yan'an oil cake, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes
