  • Pork belly 300g
  • Northeastern meat 1 piece
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the Northeastern stewed meat into cubes, blanch in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
