Ingredients

  • Pig skeleton 800g
  • Soy sauce 200ml
  • Rock sugar 50g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Cooking wine 2 spoons
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • Salt as appropriate

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Wash the Northeastern sauce skeleton and cut into pieces, blanch in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
