- 500g sauerkraut
- 200g blood sausage
Cooking Steps
- 1. Slice the pork against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it
