About Di San Xian

Di Sanxian is a classic traditional dish from Northeast China and a representative work of Northeast cuisine. The third freshest dish is large in portion and rich in flavor. It is good at stewing, boiling, stir-frying and deep-frying. It makes good use of sauerkraut and vermicelli. Third Fresh is popular with local families and restaurants.

  • 100g pork
  • 3 shiitake mushrooms
  • 50g bamboo shoots

Cooking Steps
