About Di San Xian
Di Sanxian is a classic traditional dish from Northeast China and a representative work of Northeast cuisine. The third freshest dish is large in portion and rich in flavor. It is good at stewing, boiling, stir-frying and deep-frying. It makes good use of sauerkraut and vermicelli. Third Fresh is popular with local families and restaurants.

- Shrimp 100g
- 100g pork
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 50g bamboo shoots

Cooking Steps
- 1. Remove the shrimp lines, wash them, add cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
