Dongbei Spicy Stinky Tofu

Northeastern soybean tofu is a classic traditional dish in the Northeastern region and a representative work of Northeastern cuisine. Ingredients List
- 500g tofu
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Appropriate amount of salt
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onions, ginger and garlic in moderation
- 1 spoon cooking wine
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, drain gently and set aside.
- 2. Pour an appropr
heat it to 70% heat. - 3. Gently add tofu and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are lightly browned.
- 4. Add onion, ginger and garlic and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add salt, soy sauce and cooking wine to taste, stir-fry over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
