- Pork belly 400g (cut chunks)
- Glass noodles 150g (soaked)
- Napa cabbage 400g (cut sections)
- Ginger 15g (sliced)
- Scallions 3
- Star anise 2
- Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
- Rock sugar 8g
- Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork belly into cubes. Blanch for 3 minutes.
- 2. Soak glass noodles until soft.
- 3. Heat oil, sear pork until golden.
- 4. Add ginger, green onions and star anise.
- 5. Add Shaoxing wine, soy sauce and enough water to cover.
- 6. Bring to boil. Simmer 40
