Ingredients

  • Flour 300g
  • boiling water 150ml
  • Bean sprouts 100g
  • Vermicelli 50g
  • 2 eggs
  • Chives 100g
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons sweet noodle sauce
  • Shredded green onion appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Add warm water to the flour in batches, knead into a soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Divide the dough into strips and roll into thin round dough.
  3. 3. Brush the dough with a layer of oil, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped green onion (if any), roll it up and roll it out flat
  4. 4. Brush the pan with thin oil, add the dough, and fry over medium-low heat until one side turns golden brown. Turn over.
