Scallion Stuffed Pancake
Ingredients
- Flour 300g
- boiling water 150ml
- Bean sprouts 100g
- Vermicelli 50g
- 2 eggs
- Chives 100g
- 1 carrot
- 2 tablespoons sweet noodle sauce
- Shredded green onion appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Add warm water to the flour in batches, knead into a soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and let rise for 20 minutes.
- 2. Divide the dough into strips and roll into thin round dough.
- 3. Brush the dough with a layer of oil, sprinkle with a little salt and chopped green onion (if any), roll it up and roll it out flat
- 4. Brush the pan with thin oil, add the dough, and fry over medium-low heat until one side turns golden brown. Turn over.
- 5. Fry both sides until golden and crispy, remove and cut into pieces and enjoy
