About Anhui fermented bean curd
Anhui fermented bean curd is a rare and delicious dish in Chinese cuisine, originating from China. It uses classic cooking techniques and is a home-cooked taste in the hearts of local people.
Ingredients
- Fermented bean curd 500g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Salt as appropriate
- Sugar in moderation
Preparation Steps
- 1. Wash the main ingredients and use bamboo skewers to poke some small holes on the surface for easy flavoring.
- 2. Evenly apply salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder and other seasonings all over the body, and marinate for more than 2 hours (refrigerating overnight is better)
- 3. Preheat oven to 200°C (or 180°C for air fryer)
- 4. Put the main ingredients into the baking pan and brush with a layer of honey water or oil
- 5. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning over halfway through and brushing with sauce.
- 6. Bake until the surface is golden and fragrant and the inside is cooked. Take it out to dry for a while and then cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
