制作步骤

  1. 1、湖南红烧鱼洗净切块,焯水去血沫备用
  2. 2.锅中热油,爆香葱、姜、蒜。

  5. 5.大火烧开后转小火煮40-60分钟
  6. 6、加入盐、胡椒粉,大火收汁,即可食用。
