Hunan Red-Braised Pork Balls
Ingredients
- Pork stuffing 300g
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Rock sugar 30g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- 3 slices of ginger
- 2 green onions
- Salt as appropriate
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and cut the braised meatballs into pieces, blanch them in water to remove the blood foam and set aside.
