Crayfish
Hunan-style spicy crayfish is a legendary street food and drinking snack. Freshwater crayfish are wok-tossed in a bold sauce of chilies, garlic, spices, and herbs until deeply flavorful.
食材清单
- Shrimp 500 g
- Cooking oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Scallions, ginger and garlic to taste
- Cooking wine 1 tbsp
制作步骤
- 1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté minced garlic and chili until fragrant
- 2. Add Hunan crayfish and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color.
- 3. Add shrimp, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until cooked
- 4. Add chopped chili and soy sauce to taste and stir-fry quickly over high heat
- 5. Pour in the cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and reduce the juice over high heat.
- 6. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate
