Ingredients
- Pork belly 500g
- Rock sugar 30g
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- 2 star anise
- 1 piece cinnamon
- Onion and ginger appropriate amount
- Salt as appropriate
