Ingredients
- Laodoufu 500g
- Pork stuffing 200g
- Shiitake mushrooms 30g
- Fungus 20g
- Shrimp 50g
- 1 egg
- Onion and ginger 20g
- Light soy sauce 15ml
- Cooking wine 10ml
- Appropriate amount of salt
- Water starch appropriate amount
- Stock 200ml
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into 4cm square pieces, about 12 pieces in total
