Clear Soup Bird's Nest
Ingredients
- 1 bird's nest
- Clear water 1000ml
- 3 slices of ginger
- Salt as appropriate
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 2 green onions
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and process the bird's nest.
- 2. Add enough water to the pot, add Shandong clear soup bird's nest and ginger slices
- 3. After the fire is boiled, skim off the foam.
- 4. Add bird's nest, water, ginger slices, green onions and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
- 5. Add salt to taste
