制作步骤
- 1. 将海参切块,入锅中冷水焯烫去血沫,捞出沥干
- 2.锅中热油,加入冰糖,小火炒至焦糖色
- 3.加入海参炒至焦黄,加入葱、姜、蒜、八角炒香
- 4.倒入适量热水,加入酱油和料酒,大火煮沸,然后转小火
- 5. 煮30-45分钟,直至材料变软并散发出香味。
- 6. 用大火将酱汁收至浓稠,然后将勺子放在上面。把它从锅里拿出来放在盘子里,撒上葱花。
