Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Rock sugar 20g
  • Cooking wine 2 spoons
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 10 peppercorns
  • Onion and ginger appropriate amount

Cooking Steps
