Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Rock sugar 20g
  • Cooking wine 2 spoons
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 10 peppercorns
  • Onion and ginger appropriate amount
  • Salt as appropriate

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
  2. 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
  3. 3. Add chicken and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
