  • 4汤匙酱油
  • 冰糖20克
  • 料酒2勺
  • 3 八角茴香
  • 1 块 肉桂
  • 3 丁香
  • 10 颗 花椒
  • 葱、姜各适量
  • 盐适量

制作步骤

  1. 1、鸡肉洗净切块,加入料酒和少许酱油腌制15分钟
  2. 2、锅中倒入适量食用油,大火加热至70%热。
  3. 3.加入鸡肉,用大火快速翻炒至变色。
  4. 4.加入花椒、葱、姜继续炒至熟
  5. 5.加入酱油、冰糖、料酒、八角调味,大火炒匀即可出锅
  6. 6.从锅中取出并装盘
