Dezhou Paji
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- Rock sugar 20g
- Cooking wine 2 spoons
- 3 star anise
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 3 cloves
- 10 peppercorns
- Onion and ginger appropriate amount
- Salt as appropriate
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add chicken and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add pepper, green onions and ginger and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add soy sauce, rock sugar, cooking wine and star anise to taste, stir well over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
