Ingredients

  • Pork large intestine 500g
  • Soy sauce 200ml
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Salt as appropriate
  • Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Slice the pig intestines against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes
