Ingredients

- Sugar 60g
- Vinegar 40ml
- Tomato paste 30g
- Starch 50g
- 1 egg
- Onion, ginger and garlic 15g each
- Cooking wine 15ml
- Appropriate amount of salt
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
