制作步骤

  1. 1.将鱼洗净,在鱼身两面划几刀,用料酒和盐腌制15分钟
  2. 2、锅中倒入适量食用油,大火加热至70%热。
  3. 3.将鱼煎至两面微黄,然后推至锅边
  4. 4.加入姜、葱、姜、蒜继续翻炒至生
  5. 5、加入盐、酱油、料酒调味,大火炒匀即可食用。
  6. 6.从锅中取出并装盘
