Weifang pork roast
Ingredients
- Dough: 300 g flour, 150 ml warm water, 5 g salt
- Filling: 300 g minced pork
- Filling: 100 g scallions (minced)
- Filling: 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Filling: 1 tsp five-spice powder, 1 tsp sugar
- Filling: 1 tbsp ginger water
Instructions
- Cut the pork filling into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
