Ingredients
- Yantaizi 150g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Add water to sweet potato starch and stir into starch slurry
- 2. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, slowly pour in the starch slurry and stir constantly.
- 3. Stir until a completely transparent paste forms, pour into a container, and let cool to solidify.
- 4. Take out and cut into pieces
- 5. Add oil to the pot, add the stew cubes, and fry until golden brown on both sides
- 6. Dip in the sauce made of minced garlic, sesame paste and soy sauce and serve.
