Ba Bao Fan
Ingredients
- Glutinous rice 200g
- Red beans 50g
- Peanuts 30g
- Lotus seeds 30g
- Red dates 20g
- Longan 20g
Cooking Steps
- 1. Take out the overnight rice in advance and break it up with your hands (fresh rice needs to be spread out and left to cool)
- 2. Beat the eggs and set aside
- 3. Put more oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid, and spread quickly.
- 4. Add red beans and stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Pour in the rice and stir-fry over high heat until the rice grains are loose and distinct.
- 6. Pour the fried eggs back, add salt and soy sauce to taste, stir well over high heat and serve.
