Ingredients
- Glutinous rice 200g
- Red beans 50g
- Peanuts 30g
- Lotus seeds 30g
- Red dates 20g
- Longan 20g
Instructions
- 1. Take out the overnight rice in advance and break it up by hand (fresh rice needs to be spread out to cool and set aside)
- 2. Beat the eggs and set aside

- 4. Add red beans and stir-fry until cooked
