Shanghai Braised Fish
Ingredients
- 1 whole fish (about 500 g, such as carp or sea bass)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 scallions
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 100 ml water
Instructions
- Wash and cut Shanghai braised fish into pieces, blanch to remove blood foam and set aside
