Shanghai Crab Meal and Tofu
Ingredients
- 400 g soft tofu (cut into cubes)
- 150 g fresh crab roe
- 100 g crab meat
- 100 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch slurry
- Chopped scallion for garnish

- Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
