Shanghai Babao Duck
Shanghai eight-treasure duck is an elaborate banquet dish where a whole duck is deboned, stuffed with eight precious ingredients, then braised until incredibly tender. A showpiece of Shanghai festive cuisine.
食材清单
- Glutinous rice 200 g
- Red beans 50 g
- Peanuts 30 g
- Lotus seeds 30 g
- Red dates 20 g
- Longan 20 g
制作步骤
- 1. Wash and cut the duck into pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it over high heat until it is 70% hot.
- 3. Add the duck and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add red beans and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce to enhance the freshness, stir-fry over high heat and serve evenly.
- 6. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate
