Shanghai Sixi Baked Gluten
Ingredients
- 200 g wheat gluten (kaofu, torn into pieces)
- 50 g wood ear mushrooms (soaked)
- 50 g bamboo shoots (julienned)
- 50 g peanuts (soaked and boiled)
- 30 g dried daylily buds (soaked)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Wash and process the roasted bran, marinate with seasonings for 30 minutes
