Shanghai Steamed Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 400 g pork ribs (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fermented red bean curd (nan ru, mashed)
- 1 tbsp sweet rice flour (nongao fen)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 slice ginger (minced)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Red chili (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the ribs and marinate them with salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes.
