Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour 250g
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate

- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
Instructions
- 1. Soak the glutinous rice flour in warm water until soft (about 20 minutes), drain and set aside.
