Ingredients

  • Short ribs 500g
  • Rock sugar 30g
  • vinegar 3 spoons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cooking wine 1 spoon
  • Tomato paste 2 spoons
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • White sesame seeds appropriate amount

Cooking Steps
