Shanghai oil gluten stuffed pork
Ingredients
- 8-10 fried wheat gluten puffs (you mian jin)
- 200 g minced pork
- 50 g water chestnuts (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 400 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Bok choy
- Scallions
Instructions
- Add flour and water and mix into a smooth dough, let it rest for 30 minutes
