Shanghai yellow croaker soup
Ingredients
- 300 g yellow croaker fillets
- 50 g tofu skin (cut into strips)
- 30 g dried mushrooms (soaked, sliced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
- Ginger (julienned)
- Scallions (chopped)
- Cilantro
