Huangshan Bamboo Shoot Stew
Ingredients
- Bamboo shoots 300g
- Pork 100g
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 slices ginger
Cooking Steps
- 1. Wash and cut Huangshan bamboo shoot stew into pieces, blanch in water to remove blood foam and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, ginger and garlic.
