Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 lotus leaves
  • Pork belly 100g
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms
  • diced bamboo shoots 50g
  • Glutinous rice 100g
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Cooking wine 2 spoons
  • Salt as appropriate
  • 1 piece of tin foil

Cooking Steps
