Char Siu
Ingredients
- Plum pork 500g
- Barbecued pork sauce 4 spoons
- Honey 2 spoons
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
- 1 spoon of sugar
- Minced garlic appropriate amount
- Ginger juice appropriate amount
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the plum meat into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add the plum blossom meat and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add minced garlic and ginger juice and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add honey, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine, stir well over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
