Ingredients

  • Plum pork 500g
  • Barbecued pork sauce 4 spoons
  • Honey 2 spoons
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • oyster sauce 1 spoon
  • Cooking wine 1 spoon
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • Minced garlic appropriate amount
  • Ginger juice appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Cut the plum meat into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
