Ingredients

  • French beans 500g
  • Minced pork 100g
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Salt as appropriate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Cut the minced pork into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
