Four-Joy Meatballs
Ingredients List
- 500g pork filling
- 50g water chestnuts
- 1 egg
- Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
- 30g starch
- 4 rapeseeds
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking wine
- 10 grams of rock sugar
- 1 star anise
Cooking Steps
- 1. Cut the pork filling into thin slices or small pieces, add cooking wine and a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add the pork filling and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add onion, ginger and rapeseed and continue to stir-fry until cooked
- 5. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, and star anise, stir-fry over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
