Heqing Chui Gan
Ingredients
- Pork liver 300g
- half onion
- 1 green pepper
Cooking Steps
- 1. Slice the pork liver against the grain, add cooking wine, soy sauce and starch, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes
- 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
- 3. Add pork liver and stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color.
- 4. Add half of the onion and green pepper and continue to stir-fry until raw.
- 5. Add appropriate amount of salt and a little soy sauce to enhance the freshness, stir well over high heat and serve.
- 6. Remove from the pot and plate
