Ingredients

  • Fresh shrimp 300g
  • Longjing tea 10g
  • 1 egg white
  • Cooking wine 1 spoon
  • Salt as appropriate
  • Starch appropriate amount
  • Onion and ginger appropriate amount

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Remove the shrimp lines, wash them, add cooking wine and a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat.
